Open for all international and domestic departures, including those scheduled early in the morning, the Paper Plus store stocks a variety of magazines, books, travel requisites and souvenirs.

With over 300 subject categories and 800,000 titles to choose from, gift vouchers and Fly Buys, Paper Plus is in an ideal position to help make your journey more enjoyable.

Departing passengers traveling within New Zealand are can also purchase their $5 domestic departure fee levy from the store.

 

Duty Free Stores

Passengers flying across the Tasman can purchase all their duty free goods either before departing or on arrival, from the team at the Duty Free Stores.

Duty Free Stores carry an extensive range of alcohol, tobacco, perfumes, cosmetics, electronic goods and souvenirs at duty free and tax free prices.

Open for every international flight arrival and departure, day or night, the Duty Free Store accepts both Australian and New Zealand currency.

Pre-Orders
Passengers wanting to pre-order their purchases before they travel can do so by emailing, phoning or visiting the Hamilton city store. For those wishing to pick-up their shopping orders on arrival back into Hamilton, they can easily arrange this with the Duty Free Store team at the departures store before they fly out.

ASB

The ASB Bank is open at Hamilton International Airport for two hours before every international departure.

Along with the normal banking services, passengers can purchase Australian dollars here and pay their international departure fees (NZD $25.00 per person).

Alternatively international departure fee payments can be made by using the electronic kiosks located on the ground and mezzanine levels of the terminal.
