Raglan
Situated on the beautiful west coast of the North Island in New Zealand, Raglan has a laid back, bohemian atmosphere that is proving popular with visitors from all around the globe.
Visitors can spend time at one of the town's beautiful black sand beaches, browsing amongst unique shops, galleries and boutiques, enjoying a meal at one of the many gourmet cafes or trekking down to the bottom of one of the best waterfalls in the North Island.
Deemed "New Zealand's best-looking town" by the 14th Edition of Lonely Planet's New Zealand Guide, Raglan is home to a vibrant community of artists and designers who are drawn to its ‘unspoilt' landscape and relaxed lifestyle.
Raglan's world famous surf breaks are found at 3 points: Manu Bay, Whale Bay and The Indicators. This is the hottest surfing mecca in NZ, if not in this part of the planet, with Manu Bay (Waireke), also known as The Point, said to have the longest left hand ride in the world.
