HIA Boardroom For Hire
Hamilton International Airport’s boardroom is available for hire during business hours (8am – 5.00pm).
Perfect for meetings with people flying in to Hamilton on business, the Boardroom’s location is also a convenient central point within the Waikato for small one-day regional conferences.
The board table comfortably seats 10 people however up to 20 people can be accommodated in the room depending on the nature of the event.
Whiteboards, a TV and a projector are all available within the Boardroom and catering by Velutto Café, who service the airport terminal, can also be arranged.
Base rates for room hirage are:
$50 + GST per half day.
$100 + GST per full day.
