Hamilton Airport has 6 rooms available for hire catering for a number of different business events including interviews and corporate meetings, presentations and informal gatherings.
A large open space that can be configured to suit both large or small audiences – we can section it off or leave it open for a more spacious feel. The Runway lounge adjoins the Duty-free room and has its own separate entrance. There are large windows with views of the runway and lots of natural light. The central kitchenette can be used as a tea/coffee or catering station.
Duty free room
A large internal room suitable for larger presentations or small trade exhibits. The room is also suitable for banquets. Access is via the runway lounge.
Boeing and Airbus rooms
These two internal rooms are excellent for presentations and are best suited for theatre, classroom or boardroom set up with ample break out space.
The Beech boardroom is ideal for interviews or small meetings and can accommodate up to 8 people.
The Waikato boardroom is situated in the Hamilton Airport administration office and can cater for up to 8 people.

A full menu is available from our onsite caterers Mavis Lounge. Mavis Lounge are happy to tailor catering to suit your individual needs.
