Hamilton Airport's Runway Room is available for hire, and will accommodate a number of smaller business events, including interviews and corporate meetings, presentations and informal gatherings.
Runway Room facilities
A large, open space that accommodates groups of up to 15, with plenty of natural light and views of the runway.
A Mondo pad is available which can function as a smartboard, computer, television, iPad, sound system and video confering system.
On-site barista coffee available at Propeller Airport Cafe.
Onsite catering can be provided by a company of your choice. Alternatively, we recommend our cafe catering company, Gather Food House.
Complimentary water and mints.
Free, onsite parking for attendees - mobility car parking available.
Our facilities are wheelchair accessible.
Accommodation available at JetPark Hamilton Airport Hotel & Conference Centre.
