Getting to the airport ...
Situated on Airport Rd on State Highway 21, Hamilton Airport is conveniently located 20 minutes south of Hamilton City’s CBD (14kms).
Servicing the greater Waikato region, the airport is approximately 20 minutes from Cambridge and Te Awamutu, 40 minutes from Otorohanga, 60 minutes from Rotorua and 90 minutes from Tauranga.

Visitor information - at the airport
You will pass through the Duty Free store after you have cleared security screening. You can purchase there and take products on the plane with you. You cannot purchase on your return, however we do offer a Click & Collect service where you can pre-order (click the image above) and pick it up on your return.
